Slow walking problem (HTC Vive Pro 2)

Hello,
I'm having a problem with my character walking slowly.
With the left stick, I press the trackpad to navigate but it seems to have a handicap, the character's life level is at 100%.
Did I miss something to cause this problem?

I've also seen that it's possible to adjust the size of the character in relation to our real height, so I tried to see with the automatic size, a size 10cm smaller and 10cm larger, but no difference in game, the character is always slow.
