Generally speaking, it seems that modded weapons appear in one of two places. Either, they appear in a "default category" that was already present when there were no mods (or possibly a popular category created by a mod author that now other authors also use), and "blend in" to the category(ies) the author chose for it. The other general place, as m3rk91 mentioned, are in dedicated sections on the left side of the book. that are new since adding a particular mod. These tend to be more obvious, but what I didn't find so obvious myself at first, is that you can end up with enough stuff that you need to scroll to see everything. And that scrollbar sure can be tiny, and hard to click and drag on. The other, sadly more final possibility, is that for some reason the mod is not working, or possibly not compatible with your game version, combination of existing mods, or some other variable or combination of variables. A sure fire way to check would be to remove all your other mods and then only install this one you're looking for, and see what happens. Make sure to look through all the default categories if you're not comfortable opening the associated .json file to look at the category assigned to it. :)

Not-so-random question: have you been able to verify that *any* of the mods you've installed worked? If yes, then you're very likely installing them correctly. If no, you might double check the installation process just to make sure that's not part of the issue(s).

Best of luck!

you're best to download manually from nexus and then you want to drag and drop the folder that is inside the downloaded rar file into your Mods folder. Right click on the game on steam and open file location, then go to "BladeAndSorcery_Data" folder, then open the "StreamingAssets" folder, inside there you will find the Mods folder. Make sure they are the correct version, right now its version 10-10.2 mods that work. Usually good mods will have their own subcategory in the book. Others will just be mixed in usually with exotics. If they are the wrong version they will not show up in the book or they will be invisible.
