HELP my mods wont work

so i downloaded my mods from nexus and made sure they are for 1.0 and PCVR but when i load into the game they dont show up, can someone help me

If you downloaded them with Vortex make sure that it has them deployed. It should show up in the vortex notifications.

Vortex has to update the game files with the mods before they can work, that's what deploying em does. If you don't see any notifications telling you to deploy them you can do it by clicking on the mods tab then clicking "Deploy Mods" in the big orange toolbar above all of your installed mods. If it asks you for admin access say yes, it'll let you know if there's any errors when you try to deploy them.

Ok, if no errors showed up when you did that than that means either the mod/mods in question aren't compatible with the 1.0 update (you can see this in the mods library in-game. They will have an red exclamation mark over them) or that they need to be installed manually. If they need to be installed manually usually there is instructions on how to do that in the mod page on nexus. The mods that are compatible with the 1.0 update will also have (1.0) or (B&S 1.0) in the title of the mod on nexus.
