It's infuriating and cannot find any fix, I'm starting to think v66 update from quest 2 is just broken and cannot play the game I paid until meta says so.
Tried playing with Steam Link, VD and even Air Link on Oculus Mode, to no avail.
It's a Quest 2 issue, but anyway, here's my specs if it helps anyone:
AMD Ryzen 7 5800x
AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT (12GB)
32GB RAM
(My PC can move the game at 72-90 fps without problems)
Also turning down the physics will unlock 120fps in the game (unless you have a threadripper in which case high physics will still be able to do 120fps)
If the game starts jittering when you quit and go to the home menu the problem will persist as the headset/software has lost its sync and can only be rectified by disabling the link and enabling it again.
It's a big downside to the way VR is sent to the headset as the image is rendered then converted to video and sent over USB/WiFi. I don't think HMD's that use MiniDP have this problem as it's like connecting to a monitor
