Cant download mods (in game)

every time i try to download a mod it shows 00.00% and never starts then when i close the game and re-open it theirs a little exclamation point next to the mod that i tried downloading.

had any drops in connection?

tried reinputting your email into the prompt (go to documents/my games/blade and sorcery and delete everything and itll let you put your email in again)

hmm, weird.. cant.. say ive heard of this issue, i may recommend seeing if mod.io support has any insight on this
