Is there an option to disable female enemies?

Look, I'm not trying to start a debate or anything, and I'm not trying to perpetuate stereotypes or crap like that.

It's just that I don't feel that I'm sufficiently desensitized to violence that I can handle taking an axe to the face of a half-naked girl. Cleaving men in twain in other VR games is borderline for me, but women? I donno. I don't think I'll be able to stomach it.

I'm asking because I don't see the point in buying a game I won't be able to handle. I really want to play this game; it just looks so fun. But if I can't handle stabbing women in the chest, and you can't disable female enemies, then I won't be able to handle this game and I won't buy it.

You can change the sex ratios in the spawn settings :)

Some people prefer 100% male, some prefer 100% female, some prefer a mix. Whatever a person's personal preference and reasons, that is their own, and that's why the option is there. ;) So to avoid anyone attacking each other over personal choice, I'll lock this in the spirit of each to their own. :)
