do you hear static right before it cuts out?
Same. How long is your headset cable extension and whicj brand? When did this start happening for you did update 4 have the same problem for you?
I don't think so because this is the first I've heard of it myself, so I don't think it's on kospy's radar. I know there is the infamous oculus rift audio bug as I mentioned earlier where over time many people have had audio begin to decline, then usually one earpiece stops working, but that is an oculus problem. But if your positive it's not your headset then I don't know what it could be as I've never seen it reported outside of this thread. Maybe you could throw a post up on the discord under #help and see if anyone else has had the issue and if so if they found a fix, and also kospy visits #help so he can maybe chime in.
Found Fix! It could have been one of two things. I updated windows to 1809 (KB4495667) and I also uninstalled Big Screens audio drivers using device manager. Thanks for the help guys, hope this helps you guys as well.
Amazing, man! I will try remember this as the possible culprit if anyone else has this issue. Whenever their is weird ♥♥♥♥ like this it is almost always a third party culprit but it's so hard to say what it is exactly since everyone's PC is different. I wonder if someone else fixes this way and if we can pinpoint if it was the drivers or the Big Screen.
