please add the torch as a weapon in the book. its hard to try to find it in the dungeon plz add

I believe it is available in spectral armory mod. It will be a ghostly torch, however.

You can beat people to death with anything you can pick up in this game.

for good fun, find a shield enemy, grab a long sword or spear and fire enchant it, run your weapon straight into their shield, and disarm them while keeping the shield on the spear.
Now that the "hard part" is done, you can fend of his incoming attacks with your brand new Shield-spear, or beat him to death with his own shield-on-a-stick.

It would be good to have it as a spawnable alright! But in the meantime, you will find torches always spawn at the entrance to every cavern section. It will be on the wall (unlit) in a sconce right at the entryway of every rocky section.

Maybe dark sections in the dungeons, making torches or lanterns necessary, might be cool.

Well, if you had a torch they would, obviously. But there might be much darker creatures than humans dwelling in the gloom... (Dramatic music!)
