Crystal Hunt - How to open big stone door in the cave?

Confused. Found a crystal on the table nearby, dropped it by accident and it disappeared, I hope that wasn't needed to open the door lol.

I haven’t played too much but I don’t think you can open that door. The crystal found near it does not do anything. I don’t know though I am not too far in so I could be wrong

So then what is there to do? I killed a few enemies and thats all? Is that the whole map?

The stone dalgarian slab says something about a challenge, so go ahead and progress the story. You need to find more crystals, become stronger, and by progressing the game you will complete those challenges one by one until the door becomes active. Thats what I figured by completing 1 dalgarian dungeon. The Baron at Baron's bounty will tell you everything you need to know.

I explored all of the cave and the beach, and yes I found the house.

On the beach near the house, there's a boat and a map. On that map you can travel to shop, and progress from there

To start the game you need to go to the store. If you look at the map next to the boat in the starting are there should be a location called barons bounty. When you go there he should talk for a bit and he should mention an outpost or something. If you look at the map again next to the boat there should be a new outpost location. Fight through the outpost as normal. Make sure to explore side rooms for money and extra crystals. When you return home more locations should be on the map. If you click one you should be able too see rewards near the bottom of the page. The rewards should be a map price and money. You will need to do 2 more dungeons to unlock two map pieces. Once you have collected 2 map pieces you should be able to do a delegation ruin, were you will find the boss at the end. Once you beat the boss you get a core crystal

I thought that crystal translated the text thing next to it

If you have the automatic translate text option on it just does it itself.
