where do I get the camera mod?

I Watched some useless video of some guy show casing the mod but did't link it any where and the ones I saw are 9.3 and older.

if you can't find it on google, it doesnt exist.

If the player wasn't moving during this video, then it's likely the in-game 3rd person camera. You need to enable it in the settings then press 'Menu' and 'Slow-motion' at the same time to activate it.

If the player was moving, they were likely using a second person to control the spectator view from mouse & keyboard on the computer while the first person was in VR.

You mean like in third person, thats built into the game. If you take off your headset while playing, and press f5, theres a freecam option so you can position the desktop view anywhere you like
