Baron's shop not reseting?

Just as the title says, I have come back from 2 outposts with the same stuff on offer. I know it's the same because I bought 2 pieces of armour and there are 2 armour slots missing in his shop, and of course the same weapons.

it resets eventually i also had the same conclusion, after my third dungeon run it reset
