Two Potion Bars

Why does the potion have two bars? What's the other one for? If I use all the healing, nothing else comes out?

I assume it is also meant for mana.

I believe one is your health, so you can tell when to stop drinking, and the other is how much potion is left.

This is true the red one is your health the blue one is how mutch is in the bottle
