How do I fix my height in the game?

I just re-setup my Rift and no matter what I do the game makes me much shorter. When I look down the legs appear to be crouching and when I look in the mirror the arms are super long and low to the ground. Other Rift games appear to be fine, so I don't get why this one is having trouble.
