it's totally worth it. I played with an gtx 1660 super and it was fine. Best thing is that you can install mods on pc. But your wifi shouldn't be too bad tho

Absolutely. But only if you have a good computer, otherwise it will be pointless. What is your graphics card? You'll want a 3000 series minimum imo.
3000 series minimum? In what world?

In a world where you want proper 90 + fps on high ish settings using a vr headset. VR should absolutely always be above 70 fps. 3000 series isnt even top of the line. VR is a relatively new technology which requires powerful hardware to run smoothly. Thats what world. The same world we both live in.

works fine on high on a 2080s with no frame drops

Duh a 2080 SUPER is pretty much equivalent to a 3060 ti. Obviously I wasn't being entirely literal. The 2080 super though is like 1200 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dollars and the 3060 ti is only like 600. You'd be insane to choose a 2080 S over a 3060 ti.

The 3000 series weren't out when i got the 2080s

Okay? lol. Thats fine dude. You're the one who questioned me? I dunno what to tell ya

Idk sounds like you assumed i'm suggesting people buy a 2080s over 3060ti nowadays despite me saying nothing of the sort, PC VR's been around since 2012 btw, it's not that new of technology

theres nothing to argue about at this point guys, i have a 3060 which is more than enough, so problem solved. no reason to get so pissed off at eachother

or AMD equivalent. i went from 1660 super to rx 6700xt and it's done wonders. its way cheaper than the 3060 and slightly better.
