Okay, so am I an idiot or is there any information on item IDs?

I was messing around with the dungeons update, when, after losing a bunch of health I wanted to spawn a health potion. So I hit f5 to go into the console, and then realized I didn't know a single item ID. So, I did the rational thing and googled it, which turned up zero relevant results. So now I am here, asking you guys, am I an idiot or is there really not much information out there?
