BONEWORKS!!! Blade and sorcery has been having VRAM and Memory leak issues for years now, making the game painstakingly slow the more you play. And so far there not bothering to fix it... In my opinion, Blade and Sorcery is currently UNPLAYABLE until they fix these crippling performance issues.

ive got around 30 hours worth of game time probs about 20 in u9 and 10 in u10 and not once have i had Vram or Memory leak issues so im guessing it can be depending on the system its running on and not a universal experience

Personally had more fun and playtime out of B&S than Boneworks. I think B&S is cheaper too?

Plus, you can't mod Boneworks I don't think.

B&S For sure, boneworks is overrated as ♥♥♥♥, plus in B&S mods are much better

Blade, It's more fun

Boneworks has lots of walking around and physics puzzles. And Guns. It has guns. And a good dose of VR Sickness for when ♥♥♥♥ takes a while.

What it does not have is a melee system that feels like it does anything beyond blunt force trauma.

Are you here to kill, or are you here to play a VR RPG?

Both are good in their own ways, Blade has far better melee physics and is just over all better combat, Boneworks has a story and a variety of enemies instead of just people. I personally like Blade better because boy do I love my (virtual) mass murder!:ppg_knife:

At this point in time i don't care what genre, If its VR its ok.
It Just so hard to find anything good or decent in VR. Most Vr games are just a techdemo or only can intrest me for a few houres. or have clunky controls, Or some games are not games at all.

I just want something Good. And there is not much around on Steam. I refunded alot of games. Alot of recommends didn't end well.
I liked HF Alyx alot. But when you completed the story there is nothing beyond that. Pavlov is decent. On of my first games was Beat Sabre and Job Simulator, they are fun for first experiences. Some arcade game like shooty fruity can be good but only for so much.
And plz no VR zombie games anymore, its getting old.

You might enjoy Vertigo Remastered it's quite polished and on par with Alyx for story content I'd say, plus there's a Sandbox DLC to make your own maps with.

I bought both games. :/
Vertigo was a let down. Guns felt like toys, gameplay was boring.

Played both a few houres.
Had more fun with S&B for now becaus it seems to be something i didn't really played anything like this before. except Gorn maybe but this is more realistic.

Both are cool but boneworks feels a bit weird

I'm not going to technical with this, I have both games, but I don't personally like finding every single Easter egg just to enjoy the simple sandbox Boneworks offers, I like Blade and Sorcery way more because it just gives it all to you, Sandbox, Survival, Everything. They don't have workshop so you have to install mods manually, which I am still figuring out how to do that, mostly for Blade and Sorcery.

The slow motion in Boneworks is Weird, not only do you have to move along with the slow motion, but you also have to hold it down (Default Settings) and the button for it is on the same controller as the movement, which means you cannot move while in slow mo, or you can, It's just very hard.

Way much easier in B&S.

Overall, I would choose Blade and Sorcery over Boneworks,

Both are good, but i prefer B&S since it has a lot of good mods for the game, Boneworks does have a pretty good campaign tho,
