Damn! Chill, bro. Actually, it's not a dumb question. If you had a Vive and a couple of Vive pucks you could place them on my body and track those areas as well. For instance, you could place them on your feet and track foot movement. Couple that with the other sensors and you can get a rough estimate of how the players body is positioned. It may not me spot on but it'll be good enough for what we do.
Honestly as a Dev myself it just a simple question, I have a Vive with the Vive Trackers and also Testing out the V3 Knuckles on this game as well. I'm not demanding it, what I'm asking is not hard to do for vive owners, in VRChat people are using full body tracking everyday and also they use the trackers with the Oculus as well. You are the one that does not seem to know the industry that well and you don't have to be so hot headed lol. It would be a nice feature to add later down the road and the reason I pose the question is when I'm testing and playing the game it looks really Ideal game for full body tracking with three Vive Trackers just like a lot of games have started implementing an would even add more immersion to this wonderful game they have developed.
I want to see it go further than just kicking them off the sword though. Imagine being able to sweep peoples legs to temporarily disable them and add a completely new fighting style to the game. This kind of mechanic would be good for non-full body players as well. For example, hooking someones leg with an axe to pull it forward sending them to the floor would be so cool.
