is someone working on a gore mod?

just wanting to know if someone is working on a gore mod for this game, like a mod where guts fall out, people die more realistically and such, now i dont want to sound like a psychopath or a sociopath but man i love gore.

Not that I'm aware of, no. Adding stuff like that in a way that will make it look realistic enough is not easy as models we have are pretty static. As far as I understand, dismemberment is performed only at predefined points so as there's no evisceration or torso separation, there's no easy way to mod in gibbing without that looking like gibs are spawned of thin air with no obvious gaping wound they might've came out of. Not to mention that scripted NPC model modding is not even in available in the official SDK for now so any kind of mod like that would have to rely on hacky ways of putting mod code in. BTW, I think I remember there being a "more blood" mod for U5 but simply increasing the amount of blood particle effects wouldn't make much difference for gore-hungry crowd.
