Rotating a Weapon

Is there an easy way to rotate a weapon? Say I have a warhammer and want the bit currently facing me face the opponent. You can grip it with your second hand, then adjust your primary grip, but in real life you wouldn't need a second hand.
Would be neat if it were possible to adjust the rotation of the grip in a similar way to how you can slide you hand along the handle.

There currently is no specific button to rotate a weapon in your hand. What you can do is letting the weapon go, quickly twisting your hand, and grabbing the weapon again. It takes some practice, but it's by far the quickest way to do it currently.

that doesnt spin the weapon it flings it into the distance
