Soundpad

Soundpad

Soundpad does not work in Discord or WhatsApp Web
I used Soundpad last year, and it worked perfectly. However, after a recent Windows 11 update, the Soundpad audio stopped working in Discord and WhatsApp. I tested it in the Windows 11 recorder, and the audio is recorded successfully, so it seems to be an issue specifically with those apps.

i fixed some audio issues with SteelSeriesGG

In my case, it's like when I play audio, Discord reduces the volume to the minimum and the audio quality becomes bad. I turned off the noise reduction option, but it still does the same thing.

Same issue cant find solution
You can try different setup modes.

Open the device preferences at File ▶ Preferences ▶ Devices, right-click the affected device and select Set setup mode.

Have you tried all of them? In my case, the default one doesn't work with neither discord, nor chrome. while all other options do work

Yep, that worked. Just had to set it to the very first option and it immediately worked as intended.
If that doesnt work you can check it from here another solution since I had it before
