Ability to add notes or description to each sound

I use this program for karaokes. I generally have to search the lyrics for the songs separately on a browser. Would be nice to have a little button or option to add descriptions or notes to paste them to. Below is what I think are other potential benefits:

• Like I said, lyrics or manuscripts.
  
• Avoid accidentally playing sus sounds by knowing the context of it via description.
  
• INTENTIONALLY play sus sounds by knowing the context of it via description.
  
• Do you like to record the voices of people and play them back? Optionally type in the context of that recording or where it came from
