♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, thank you. I've been in the process of backing up my files to reset my PC and unscramble whatever the hell this program did to my drivers, but this seems to have gotten things in working order.
This thread should be pinned.
Edit:
If this fix works for anyone else, once your mic is working again do not attempt to get Soundpad working again as it will re-brick your microphone, and the fix will no longer work.
Sorry, late reply. I ended up resetting my PC without keeping any files intact. Only that fixed it in my case. I would advise not to opt to keep personal files during the reset as keeping them allowed the issue to persist.
Before doing that you should verify if the problem is with your headset though. If you're lucky you can spare yourself from having to nuke your system.
Soundboard creates its own mic once you download, changes your original mic to its mic and plays your sounds there, you gotta change your mic to be your own mic and change soundboard to play your sounds through your mic.
Aka, soundboard changed your default mic to be its own mic, so you gotta change it manualy to be your mic and then change soundboard so it plays through your mic
