Any way to disable sound from going through discord?

Title, i love the program, but is there a way for me to make the sound NOT come through discord, and only the game? It's fun for in-game chat, but i'd like to disable it in discord so my friends ears don't bleed

For any application it is like the sounds are coming from your mouth, so you cannot choose to have the sounds work in one application, but not in another.
You may configure Auto Keys, though, to do what you want. Please, take a look at the following guide:

Have a push-to-talk key for Discord and don't play sounds when you're about to talk. If you are playing a long duration sound and you want to talk, have like a 0.5-1 second long sound ready to 'cancel' it.

contrary to all this, you can also configure a push-to-mute key in discord. All my games use the Mouse4/5 button to communicate, so I have Discord set to muting that when i click it, and Soundpad to automatically click one of those buttons. Works flawlessly.
