double sound / echo

everytime i use shadowplay or obs to record the clips always have double sound playing

I used to be able to play music and jam dancing with other players in the game, while streaming in Obs. Now Its repeating thru the mic in OBS.....can you all fix it please....just started 2 weeks ago. What the solution?
