Discord doesn't recognize Sound

I have Soundpad + Discord using the same microphone. When I play the sound, I can see it registering on Soundpad, and I also see it registering on my sound bar and I can hear it through my headphones BUT it does not register on Discord when the sound is playing though, but when I talk through my MIC discord picks it up just fine.

It seems that Soundpad isn't transferring the soundfile and sending it to the MIC to send to discord, and I'm not sure how to fix it.

I'm at a loss on what the issue is, it originally worked for 2 months without issues until just recently. Nothing has changed and I've reinstalled both discord and Soundpad and still doesn't work.

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I just fixed this, by going File -> Preferences -> Devices -> Restart Win-Audio and then restarting the PC. Everything is working as it should now.
