How to use Soundpad in tf2?
ok, im started playing music but other players can hear it, and also im dont pressed +voicerecord. can somebody explain me how to propely step by step use this stuff in tf2?

There is nothing special to TF2. You need to press and hold the Push-to-Talk key of TF2 and then press the hotkey of the sound you want to play. You can use the command voice_loopback 1 in TF2 to hear what is actually transmitted to others.
Is Soundpad generally working on your machine, for instance in other voice applications like Discord or Teamspeak?

is there anyway to press button once so it will play(in TF2)?

necro but if you still haven't found out, i think the command "+voicerecord" does that

The reason I say this is because I don't know how to have a hotkey
