bad audio quality?

tested its playback, sounds awful. as if its being played through a phone.
however the playback I hear sounds fine.

Soundpad writes the audio data onto the microphone line in highest possible quality.

You can test it: Start the voice volume measurement at File -> Preferences -> Audio -> Volume normalization by clicking the button next to the decibel value. Keep the preferences window open and play a sound on the microphone only from the main window. The measurement records your microphone and plays it back on your speakers with a short delay.

How others hear the sound in games or voice applications depends on the settings in these applications and their codecs.
