Можно ли в программе, сделать так чтобы при воспроизведении звука меня слышали мой голос. И можно ли настроить громкость звучания для окружающих, а то остальные говорят слишком громко.

You can change the microphone output volume at:
File -> Preferences -> Audio -> Volume normalization
Файл -> Настройки -> Аудио -> Нормализация громкости

Click on the button next to voice volume (Громкость голоса) to measure your voice.

In the same options window uncheck Block voice (Отключать голос).

Sounds are still too loud and your voice is blocked? What dB value have you measured?

It's strange, that it measured 107dB. Your microphone must be heavily distorted, because 107dB is close to the absolute maximum.
Set the value to 89dB, click on Apply and ask your friends if the sounds are too loud. If they are too loud, decrease it by 3dB and repeat.
