So, this uses mic or it goes fully digital?

It uses you mic to inject sounds. What do you mean with fully digital?

Like if it dont need a mic. For example making a "virtual microphone" which can simulate mic after pressing a button and so.

Unfortunately not, I never felt the need to use a virtual microphone

Friend tried to disconnect microphone and used this software:

https://www.vb-audio.com/Cable/

It works.

I have very old one, dont used mic in ages, kinda lazy to buy new one from internet store. Plus this one cant record anything, only use digital input and send it virtually.

It does not have to be functional, as Soundpad works on the sound driver. It does not matter, even if your microphone is not connected.
