As the quality might vary depending on played sounds, volume and system, here is an instruction, how you can figure out, which combination of options is best for you:
Run the Mic Test in the preferences of Discord at Voice & Video. Play a longer sound on the microphone only from Soundpad. Then disable "Automatically determine input sensitivity", "Echo Cancellation", "Noise Suppression" and "Automatic Gain Control" in Discord's preferences and enable them again one by one, until you have the best mix of voice and sound quality.
