How to change sounds volume?

My sounds are too loud, i wanted to bring volume down inside program, not outside it. Is that possible? Is it possible to change sounds volume in the app?

You can adjust the volume at which others hear the sounds at File -> Preferences -> Audio.
It is the very first option. Click the button next to the decibel value and let Soundpad measure your voice volume. Afterwards the volume of your sounds will be automatically adjusted to the measured value.
