Soundpad problem on redragon headphones

The Soundpad on the headphones of the redragon cuts all videos, music, etc. There are a lot of audio problems

It is not 100% clear to me what your problem is. Are these general problems regardless the application you use or is it limited to the playback on the microphone in voice applications?

Which applications are affected (e.g. Discord, Teamspeak)?

For example I put any audio or music to play in discord, teamspeak or some game the audio comes out cutting, does not play a fluid audio without cuts, the audio comes out as if it had LAG

My headphone redragon is just USB, the problem only happens with it, I tested with a simple headphone I have here with P2 input and it ran without problem, but in my of the redragon that is just USB that happens the problem

The stuttering or lagging occurs due to voice activation limits and the sounds loudness. Discord as well as Teamspeak have settings to cut out sounds that are not loud enough. So these applications filter the microphones signal to decide which parts will be transmitted or not.
The same applies for game voice chat. Discord has additionally the option "Automatically determine input sensitivity" which also affects the transmitted signal.

So you can either change the limits in the voice application or you can increase the output from Soundpad. To do so you need to change the voice volume in Preferences -> Audio

The fact that your USB headset behaves different to the other might be explained by driver software that this headset uses. There might be an additional software from Redragon that also influences the microphone output and you need to look into the settings this software might offer.

I just wanted to ask if you were able to solve the issues you have with Soundpad?

Unfortunately with my Redragon USB phone I could not, I tried to configure it by its own program, I tried the windows audio and nothing. While the cheap and bad headphone I have to and P2 the audio comes out no problem at all, my USB output audio with "Lag" in any program or game I use the soundpad
