Support for LoL and other games.

I bind hotkeys to numpad but dont trigger while playing league of legends and other games.

Soundpad can register hotkeys in two ways, which can be switched at File -> Preferences -> Hotkeys -> Advanced options -> Use keyboard hook.
Keyboard hook is the more reliable way and if you hadn't it checked, then try it. Just tested it with LoL and it worked straight away. If it doesn't help, let the keyboard hook option checked and start Soundpad after the game. That way Soundpad's hotkeys get precedence.

If it still doesn't work, then it looks like the game/application is deliberately blocking global hotkeys and there's really not much one can do about it.

It doesnt work with league of legends, it works on other games like playerunknowns. I do what u said on the answer and the faq in your web and nothing.

just read global keys are blocked since 2011 , could u make a fix ?

There's a third technique to implement global hotkeys called raw input. We already use it for mouse hotkeys and can extend it for keyboards as well. These kind of hotkeys can't be blocked like regular ones.

Can you try it with Mouse4, Mouse5 or Mouse Mid in League of Legends?

i dont know how to bind mouse buttons to soundpad tried to edit spl but didnt work

just a small hint: windows is a bi*ch when it comes to hotkeys sometimes. an idea to solve this would be to run soundpad with administrative permissions. this way applications cannot block the hotkeys even if they want to.
you should have the same problem if you use push to talk in teamspeak.
