how to Access to the Distant Dreams?

when I googled for hidden achievements of this game, I've noticed the Distant Dreams.

also I've googled for it how to access it but couldn't found for it.

anyone know how to access to it?

Hi, I used 25 tents I had saved up and reached Day 96 but I havent found the distant dream yet,
Can a developer confirm its 1% daily, regardless of use of the dreamcaster?

Or do I need to get a new day from the dreamcaster for the distant dream to spawn?

Is it 1% daily as in 1% chance every single day or 1% additive?
Isnt 1% too low of a chance for this?

If the developer is too busy to answer can anyone here can share how they got the distant dream? That way we can figure this out.

It's 5% chance per day. You have to talk to the Dreamcaster to see if the option has appeared. You must also be level 13 or higher.
