[Switch] How to unlock Wild Child ?

So I've been trying to learn how to unlock the Wild Child job but I'm still confused even after reading a bunch of threads here.

I have three pets in my corral and reached 12F. I do remember the corral NPC mentionning something about rose petals, but I can't remember anything else. I do not have rose petals in my inventory.

Apparently I have to look for the "Friendship Forest" area, but I can't find it, despite having searched in both areas between the 6th and 12th floor.

I have no idea how i unlocked it i got 2 pets in my corral and got the quest dialog and already had rose petals so i made a random meal with it and fed them and nothing happened then entering a dungeon it randomly went "Wild child unlocked" I never found the friendship forest either

I think I had to die and start a new character before it actually unlocked.
Then something was a little off with the game where it wasn't responding to movement controls, and I had to restart the game

but that was PC
