Character Build: Parry Sword Dancer
A little something I came up with over dozens of playthroughs. What started out as an attempt to be as good at parrying as possible eventually turned into this very high-mobility character.

Start as Brigand
Learn Escape Artist, Cloak and Dagger, Fan of Knives, Shadowstep, and Sneak Attack
(optional) Switch to Bodoka
Learn Steel Resolve and Iron Breathing
Decide if you want to dual-wield or use a shield. If you want a shield, switch to Paladin. Otherwise switch to Floramancer.
(optional) Learn Radiant Aura and lament how it does not grant wrath charges anymore. Consider learning Heavy Guard + Shield Slam. Learn Armor Training and/or Shield Mastery
Switch to Floramancer
Learn Thorned Skin
Switch to Sword Dancer as final class.

Put all points into Guile, because we like parrying.

Figure out if you want the frequent riposets of a sword or the added damage of a dagger.

Remember to stay mobile and enjoy~

Thoughts? Improvements? Anyone?

I like your thinking, though I would probably include the spitting plant summon as well as it's a cheap summon with low cost that can draw some aggro. I would also pick up few more escapes from other classes like rocket charge. If you are using a parry build, swords would be the weapon of choice. If you are very lucky, you might find one of the legendary swords designed for sword dancers.

Huh, you're right. This plant is pretty good. It certainly made short work of the spiny maze

I did this and it is a lot of fun. Didn't think about adding in floramancer though

Summoning is probably not too important, but I find things like spitting plant from floramancer a critical part of survival since some mobs have some nasty skills that might get wasted on your minion that you will run into like the neutralizer's seal and defense breaker or the craggan's rock throw which hurts a lot.
