Report a translation problem
* What kind of item it was (weapon, armor etc)
* How you unequipped it (via keyboard "U", mouse submenu, keyboard/controller)
Edit: Wait, I was able to look at the log. The last thing I did was to "unpair it from fists." Then it was just gone.

also considering creating a background script that automatically backs up the savegame whenever it changes.
maybe i should also create console logs.
The best thing is to NEVER pair anything. Otherwise you would have to edit your save files.
I made sure the UI claimed it was unpaired and saved. Then searched for "pairedfistthing" in the "savedGameX.xml" and found something like this "<pairedfistitem>[number]</pairedfistitem>" after deleting it I loaded up the game and the pairing was actually gone, consequently the bug as well.
PS: Always make backups of your saves before editing(or in general).
