New to blue sun

Hey hey gang, Im not in the DLC yet but was wondering what the Congregator Staff actually does?
Im a big fan of Prophet Hand beams, does this have anything like that?
Also, are the new armours cool?
I just started a new guy and want to take my time instead of speed running to/the DLC haha

Start playing dlc from the dominion baths, because gehenna prison is more annoying / harder. Just a tip.

Congregator Staff? If you're referring to the Channeler of X staves, then they have 3 abilities
- basic ranged attack: slow moving orb that does fair bit of damage, but could be hard to hit with
- a random AoE attack, that I couldn't find any use for
- a wall of the element type that goes from the player towards the target: a DoT that does a metric fudge ton of damage on slow moving or static targets
Overall pretty useful against big and slow targets that you don't want to melee. Melts various bosses like butter.

I didn't find new armours all that attractive. I still think Preterhuman is the best looking armor, with Revolute Warrior being distant second.

There is indeed a congregator staff tho, hidden behind the tree in the dlc.
