Best weapons-most viable ones?

I am using the shredding saber but its kinda meh. I have also an Espadon +2 reflex but dunno if its the best choice. I am leveling mostly strength and reflex, should i switch to something else? I also have nothing as a secondary weapon or shield.

The Officer's glaive is very powerful for quality build, just don't upgrade it to the "tul" version.
The Red Saber (in your case with a Strength module) is also quite fast, with a dash attack that knockbacks ennemies and high leech.

My favorite weapon is the Archon Spear: has an incredible dynamic and fun moveset and high base damage, plus it's one of the only weapon with significant native foresight scaling.

I think the offhand slot gives you a buff if you have a shield on, otherwise I'm leveling up all the weapon proficiencies I can and so far I have to say I'm super impressed with the ceremonial dagger - it stun locks things from 100% to dead, assuming I have enough stamina of course

True, this is an amazing weapon. Plus it seems to get a higher bonus than other weapons for attacking in the back (i'm not talking about the backstabbing ability, just regular attack). Boss with slow, telegraphed attacks gives you a lot of opportunity for attacking their backs and the ceremonial daggers shreds them

Yeah i was thinking that maybe i will have to try it again as it is quick enough to attack and dodge in tight moments. The only bad thing is that i have strenth and reflex evenly leveled up to 11 so i may have to farm a bit to rise the reflex stat.

Ferulas (the upgraded version is for foresight/reflex, but the basical is for str/ref): press running attack to win. Also it gives you ridiculous amount of energy so you can use last aoe skill very often (it's relatively slow but very powerful and has big radius), especially with leech enhancer.

And yes, the Archon Spear is my love too, I use it in my foresight build but it works well with reflex. It's so fast, its dodge attack stuns enemies very often (especially after throw spear skill) and it's very sexy)

You can try the thespian hook... yes, it doesn't have any skills but it's EXTREMELY fast with very huge distance and deals very high damage (with full unlocked upgrade tree, because it has only one "skill" which increases damage significantly), stuns enemies, etc., and it has very useful moveset.

Even with the bare minimum of foresight to use the channelers, I believe it'll still vastly out DPS the majority of melee weapons.

If we are talking catalyst, then the Hands second skill "Cluster" is completely broken. Its seems like nothing at first glance: you throw some balls in a circle of the floor, which take some times, then after another delay they explode. It's cool and all, but the thing is - and it may be a bug - the balls also can do damage the instant they are cast from your hand and they can shotgun.

So if you time it right, the enemy can take instant full damage equivalent to the 10 or so balls explosions. This one-shot knights, celestials beast and can down end-game bosses in one or two cast.

The Channeler's 3rd ability (the final tier) is the ability I'm talking about. The first tier (which you're using now) does ok damage, but it isn't amazing imo. I forget where you can find the corrupted ferula blueprint, but it has to be crafted at an occult station and I had it well before I had the regular ferula, so you might already have it too.

Do i need to have specific stats for it to do decent damage? Or it increases only from the chips?

In my opinion, the Archon Spear and the Tomahawk are some of the best weapons. They can be thrown, and although the Tomahawk has a small base damage, it has passive skills for attack speed and reduced stamina consumption. Also, they both knock down light opponents with throwing.

Corrupted ferula's blueprint is in Port Issoudoun. Just use fextralife guide, it's easier than explaining this. Also you can obtain two ferulas in one run: one is in Arisen Dominion and one... I'm not sure but probably in Ikari District.
The Archons Spear: you need blueprint, you can obtain it in a black hole door in Sohn District (also use guide in the guides page in Steam), you need to defeat an Archon Knight boss (it's TOO easy).
The thespian hook: in Port Issoudoun too, you can obtain it via secret elevator (there is an ambush) or just farm regular mobs with this sword in Port Issoudun.

Oh nice thanks i will check the guides to find them. My only problem is that i will have to go in the control room for the tram and i hadn't synchronized that breach..
