You can see the relative contribution of each player only at the end of the trial, and again the amounts are broken so you can't read them directly, but their relative value is accurate. If you sum up the 5 values and do a prorata of that sum on actual Tiamat's total health, you'll have the actual damage each player have done to Tiamat according to server. And the few times I tracked it, that values was right with my calculations on each player DPS.
The tier is more relative to your area wall than to your ilvl, as long as you manage to join a high enough Jarlaxle. On T10 difficulty, I'll not join a public lobby with a 40-50% Jarlaxle, I'm better waiting a few hours to find an higher one.
I guess if your Jarlaxle has low item level it may be better to choose someone else as your assault front champion, since there's only three champions for that buff. Another player might have a higher Jarlaxle.
