However, all my parties were doing patron free adventures, I shall set one of my parties to no-patron ring of regeneration to check if patrons are the trouble.
In any case, logged back just now and saw that my offline parties were stuck at reset zone +1 but then the game started "calculating" each party, one by one, each "calculating" took around 20 to 30 seconds and it happened several times, once per reset per party I assume, this happened for several minutes until it stopped and everything seemed ok, if it took this long to "calculate" less than 24 hours worth of resets, I can imagine it would break with more days, Im going to test for 3 days, not logging in until the 27th and report back.
The offline calculation is frequently totally screwed up, it's not rare it takes very long to calculate the offline progression or even fails to calculate it. And that a thing that is here since 2017 (a bit less, in fact, there was no offline calculation at the very beginning, IIRC). Anyway, sometimes you still make no progression offline. I've a case this morning, there was no progression on a patron's new variant overnight (Vajra, I think), strangely it was not the "hard" one with mechanic of increasing damage (I stalled on Above Average).
I let two party do the variants over the day (one on "Above Average", one on "Oh, the Humanity!") and I observed no other stalling. Most convenient explanation is offline calculation is poorly coded, which would be in line with the rest of game's global coding level.
So basically wait a minute or two after the game starts proper.
