Unable to connect to server

Starting the game gets stuck at "connecting to server" around 30% every single time and for some reason the game redownloads 2 files always ? Internet connection is just fine
I have tried:

- Reinstalling
- Disabling firewall/av
- Verifying files
- Restarting computer/steam/router
- Nothing downloading in the background

Same here, i even tried playing the game from another computer, unfortunately, that didn't work either. Furthermore, in that same computer but with another steam account the game worked perfectly. It seems to be something related to some steam accounts.

We had a recent snafu with our servers and some new accounts were not properly created. It's likely the cause of being unable to load the game.

Can you try again now as we believe we have fixed the error?

Since nobody replied in the past half a day.... let me do so.
People most likely didn't reply because you have not specified the issue of not loading, I'll assume the loading starts and "hangs" meaning not progressing.


Just to name a few things:
- You have to be connected to "the internet" to load in
(if firewalls and such are not in the way, continue below)
- Reinstall / verify your game on steam (or other platform)

- You can sent the developers an e-mail on [e-mail] asking for support.
(provide your account, preferably use e-mail address used on newsletter if available and explain your issue)
