The damage can be decent as some Ceremorphosis abilities are pre-stacks so they will scale well with gear.
Two exemples from my current adventure (Shadowheart's Witness our Adoration):
Minthara: https://ic.byteglow.com/f/6p_9a815d8e8d8f92958093_2121233113311
Halsin: https://ic.byteglow.com/f/6p_8f9295808d939c8e3d81_31233311221112
PS: Ravengard, Jaheira & Viconia provides a stack from a feat.
My output damage with both formations is around ~e525 with 1e47% from legendaries, and not overcharged Fast Core (1.87e21%), that's quite decent.
Details of Ceremorphosis buffed ability levels with my gear (on a static area):
Gale's Archimage Insight (333): 6.58e28%
Lae'zel's Lethal Coordination (333): 9.88e40%
Karlach's The Fury of Avernus (256): 3.39e43%*
Shadowheart's Twilight Trickery (148): 5.62e22%
Astartion's Outflank (2911): 1.05e70% (with 10 Well Fed stacks too)
The Dark Urge's Ceremorphosis (1361): 5.23e21%
Wyll's Folk Hero (186): 1.88e18% per stack (+1 from Ravengard, so 3.53e34% for DU).
*The ceremorphosis contribution is weak on that one (just 4e5% from Wild Magic)
PS: Note that in both cases, Minthara & Halsin's formations can have better damage outpout with a few less Absolute Adversaries and a few more Evil or Good champions or other spec choices (In particular, Viconia & Jaheira are really suboptimal)
