Season 2... wow...

I was really hoping that season 2 would be a major improvement from season 1 when it comes to rewards but after taking a quick glance over them I'm almost dumbfounded as to how it feels just so lazy and uninspired. I mean really? The same skin for all 5 champs, 1x gold chest in tier 11, 2 modron in tier 11 when season 1 had 3, even the rewards for tiers 1-10 don't feel like they've improved any it's still just pots most people probably have an abundance of and chests that frankly I couldn't care less about. Anyways just wanted to rant a little out of disappointment...

Hows everyone else feeling about this one, what changes would you make and additions would you like to see?

Bummer about the familiar being locked behind the season pass. It's not even a particularly nice looking one. Plus I could've sworn I've seen this one somewhere before, but can't find if now so maybe I remembered wrong.

IMHO rewards basically like season 1 but less and for greater cost, particularly chests. Also you need more coins to buy all tier rewards. It was exhausting to complete all quests in season 1. So if that cost remains after season begins and quests will not give more coins I will uninstall the game, it takes too much time as it is. I have bought 1st season pass BTW.

UPD Also Minsc now completely useless for automated non-scripted Briv stacking, thank you very much for that.

I think they will update too the coins given. Total 150.000 coins in 10 tiers with season pass is too high, for me makes few sense buy pass if can not spend well in tier 11.

Probably because i submitted survey with very satisfied all answers hehehe.
During that time i was thinking from nothing we got a partially free season with ample amount of bonus items. So at that time i couldn't complain about it.

It would be one thing if the season was focused around a more-interesting group of champions, but Heroes Baldur's Gate -- and especially its new 'favored' BS -- has some of the least interesting, least useful, least effective champions in the game...and that's *WITH* the rework. They were worse before. Jaheira and Minsc are essentially useless in a good 2/3rds of adventures and variants.

The only exception is Shandie, whose claim to fame is being a good speed champion. And while the new feat to lower the delay on her speed activation, can't say I'd consider buying the season pass to access it.

The Season pass (and everything else in this game) is way too overpriced for Brazil. Clicker being locked behind pass just adds more salt to the wound.

Its funny you posted this, i wonder why they even took a survey asking us about the rewards if they weren't going to take anything we said into consideration. Sad.

As was already stated previously in this thread, CNE has said any changes from the survey will not be implemented in Season 2 because Season 2 was pretty much finished before the survey went out. So any changes coming from survey answers will be seen in Season 3.

It will. They're leaning more into predatory monetization, which is a proven money-making scheme in the gaming industry. I'm sure the more they lean into it, the better their profits look, so the more they lean, etc.

S2 is even more two steps backwards awful. They literally made it 100% worse to the point I'd remove seasons because of how terrible they are, or I'd simply charge access to it and let people fall into fomo pressure buy. They couldn't improve it even a little. I never thought they were going to listen to the survey even more so any impact a season later. Even favor was garbage after 100% completion. I bought every Crusader season and imo that's a high bar that IC will never meet, that's how terrible IC seasons look to me so far.

I think they took the suggestion that there be something to do with the suggestion of having something that could use up any excess currency and didn't quite understand it.

I'm really hoping that the main thing with S2 is that they'd already set everything up for it before they put out the survey.
