Ah, they are Steam codes, not internal IC codes. At least the last two are already used by somebody.

Hey, it was the following 4 DLC which had to be activated on steam:

Celeste's Starter Pack
Forgotten Realms - Starter Pack
Prismeer Sentry Skin & Feat Pack
Polymorphed Shandie Skin & Feat Pack
