Either you buy her +2 CHA feat, either you choose the Mehen spec (right) that allow Farideh & Havilar to join him in every aventture he's eligible (cheaper).

You can use Mehen's right spec - "Always by your Side" to pull Havilar in.

From your screenshot, I think you don't have the Charisma feat for Havilar otherwise that could be another option.

Yeah, sorry, it was the "right" spec, I don't know why I wrote left, probably brain bug with DM (but in two days it will be a Mehen default ability, anyway).
