Gem farming routine

Hi guys,
just curious about how efficient your farming currently is. After Ellywicks buff, my daily gem farming amount went up to between 200k - 300k depending on how lucky Ellywicks cards were drawn. I know I still put up rookie numbers (though I usually don't let my PC run overnight), just curious how much you people are farming.

Around 170-190k gems/h with GH potion (so around 120k without).

Huh, neat. Honestly I was expecting keb and you to sit around 600k ish with Ellywicks rework :D.

Guess I am not doing too bad then. Not using the GH potion though. Somehow they are extremely rare.

For what I've seen scripters with 9j & 11j are around 500k/h, or a bit above. also they probably have way better computer than me (my base is from 2012) and as hardware becomes really important when everything else is caped...

Hmm I see. Yeah IC can be really taxing to the PC. Guess that would explain it. I just upgraded my Briv to 4 jumps and I'm curious to see how it will change gem farming. But damn! 500k an hour is insane. Though that would explain some of the people in TomT with 1e5 damage increase champions.

If you use byteglow, you can go in Stats page and in history section, pass in chart view and set it to all time period. You'll see by how much Ellywick broke the game. I've farmed more in last month than during my whole previous time on game, and I play since august 2017 (with some breaks).

nb: but I'm not obsessed with gem farm, usually I don't do it for more than a few hours a week → it was a bit more intense over the last month to take profit of Ellywick change and 2 GH potions.

Ellywicks impact was to be expected haha. I really hope that CNE doesn't double down on it and leave Ellywick the way she is. Once I have my 100% scale drop Makos and 200% Jarlaxle (Currently 60% each), I'll start doing all variants. But enjoying the gem farm a lot atm. Also I hope they add more champions like Diana, Bobby, Presto e.g. resource dropping champions. Makes setting up idle teams so much more rewarding.

I have a normal farm and collect about 11.5k/hr.

I'm now testing what happens if I park a familiar on Elly's ult and redraw all the time. (Edit; that was not a great idea)

I got Briv at 9% 4j so it'll take a bit more before I can start using him.

How is it possible to make 500k gems per hour?! Even 100k++ is nuts.

i'm happy with 200k a week lol, though i don't run the game online unless i'm actually doing things like running variants or something.

still, that's crazy!


BTW, how many lvl's do you need in briv to get to 4j?

Scripting, 9j Briv or even 11j Briv, capped Ellywick... & top hardware PC (hardware is way more important that it should in that game). If you add gem hunter potion & 100% gems boon in some vent you can go well over those 500k/h.

Divide it by 2 with a golden epic (3626 & 127751);
and by 1.5 with Shiny (4917 & 170251) — that should be minimal you shouldn't push for 4j without shiny if you aren't mad.
NB: Briv gear 4 should away be the top prority choice for a golden epic potion (Elminster store, full dismantle), even above top pre-stack items, including Artemis' flute. In term of efficiency and return there is no better option.

PS: reaching 127k (golden 9j) ilvl with Briv requires around 250-300M gems, 170k (shiny 9j) requires around 333-400M and 255k (normal 9j) 500-600M. Given that, you understand why golden/shiny on Briv 4 is so important.
