You have a directed multi-input t-junction feeding the right side, which multiplies output; everything else is dividing your flow. Anyplace you can split and recombine a branch without causing a feedback loop, you'll increase your flow.
You might have a look at Gaarawarr's Guide to Modron Flow

so you midsection does not really work (the square) since the pipes don't really connect into flow as i think you believe they do :)

the zigzag line indicates broken flow
Look at "Layout library" - pick one of the high level ones as a starting point when the modron is near fully populated.
Catch is, the 'best' layout varies with how much of the modron has opened up so using those as a template early doesn't really work, but it'll give you some idea of how much those recombine loops contribute.
It all comes down to the parts and you can always rebuild later. Just make sure to save builds before you tear um apart to make things easier if you want to go back. This isn't a maxed out build for this core, it is what i could do with the parts i have. I've been collecting chests for 4 months now for another rebuild.
But perhaps you can see some of the basic strat layouts in my set up.
