A good speed party without Briv. Tone it down a bit because I temporarily switched to using huge speed potions.
I never use potions. I keep those for one background party that does variants on speed pots. But if you got plenty, you can of course use them. Some make less diffference than imagined when you actually compare times.
There's still investment to do so I can still up that number.
I only use Briv manually, when I'm around the computer and feel like it, but that ups my zones to 3500z/hr while using him. He's not high enough to create a dedicated Briv farm.
Don't waste them until you get 4j Briv.
Speed modron core isn't as good as it could be yet but it is as fast as it could be.
I think it's more. I get >30k a night and my night is never longer than 8hrs.
I wont run my comp 24//7 because it's right next to my bed and it's way to noisy, but i can run it 10/12 hours or a bit more. So perhaps it will take me a couple weeks to grab that core. Even with out the party just grinding the patron missions i pulled in 200k in the last few weeks or so. I forget the last time i bought the chests, but it wasn't that long ago. It seams that the elmister missions give out a decent amount and i was using speed potions to move them along quicker.
If your team is up for it, move your gem farm to Witchlight, Roots of Loomlurch. It's the fastest farm in the game.
I think Loomlurch has around 45/50 quick transitions, if I remember well.
When a team moves into a new area in most other 'adventures' they'll do this nifty, time-wasting "walk out of the screen to the right" animation. In Loomlurch, these are mostly replaced by just a quick "fade to black" and then the party's in a new area.
Believe it or not, this 'small' difference saves a whole lot of time. I used to run Mad Wizard and Cursed Farmer, but even nowadays, I would be getting 20%-30% less gems per hour in them as I get in Roots of Loomlurch. The one 'danger' of the adventure, Chucklefu- I mean, Chuckleface, can be easily trivialized by champions like Diana or Sentry stunlocking him while your champions melt his face so fast he won't be able to say "ow" before he' gone.
I also won't use Briv because to me it sounds like a Turtle and Hair scenario. Waste countless hours ilving him and then countless hours "charging him up" or continue getting 200k gems per hour with my current party? Yeah, I'll choose the turtle, they're not a needy town bicycle.
Briv takes me about 5 minutes to load to 12k and when using him, makes me progress through any quest faster than anyone else i could put in. Even when not skipping bosses. There are a lot of annoying quest made much easier because of Briv.
It's just a habit using him. Whatever I'm doing, I just put him solo at some point during that run, load him up, then load my save team again and continue and Briv's ready for the next run I do. Saves me hours.
To dedicate a farm to him he does indeed require a LOAD of levels. I'm not even close but will keep investing into his item whenever I feel like it until I can set up a farm.
oh wow that is fast lol
how do you make it so he doesn't skip bosses?
In normal quests he doesn't skip bosses. He only does in free plays. That's what I meant. He's still the fastest speed champion you can put in even when not skipping bosses.
It doesn't matter that he skips bosses in free plays, you get the loot anyways.
