Modron core bonus: Do you see additive or multiplicative effects?
Hi!

I had the doubt when modron cores were introduced on how the multiple bonus would stack. I had not enough epic flux in enough of them to give me resolution in the measure and didn't try for a while. Some of you in other posts said that bonus were applied additively and I didn't though more about it for a while.

Today, I tested it activating and deactivating the modron core with 6 x 1600% + 2 x 1800% + 2400% in a formation of pure DPS dealers without buffers or debuffers.

If the bonus were additive, I would expect a total multiplier of 157 so, more or less an increase of BUD damage of a couple orders of magnitude. However, I have noticed after some tries an increase of approximately 11 orders of magnitude, more or less what could be expected with bonus being multiplied one after another.

What behaviour have you seen?

I believe they are additive first (so 6*1600% in you case is additive) and the multiply across categories.
If you hover over the main core you should see a summary ... the categories among themselves should be applied multiplicatively.

I heard the tooltip is bugged, and they're all supposed to be multiplicative.

Correct, I think they will be patching it soon. I also believe everything should be multiplicative but I don't think it is at the moment.

Ah yes, the famous "Global 1" and "Global 2" categories (...WTF?)
(I can only surmise it's the all-champion damage arbitrarily grouped (by unlock level zones?)

I believe Global 1 are all damage bonuses with max 1600% and Global 2 are the ones with 1800% max added up.

For me the funny part is how they show Monster HP reduction
Endpoint Component (Monster HP) +94%
I hope they are not adding HP to the monsters :winter2019joyfultearssnowman:
